CrewConnect was founded by Jack Davies and Max Rahman with a straightforward goal — build a cleaning company that actually does what it says it will.

Jack's background is military. The discipline, the accountability, the expectation that you finish what you start to a standard that would pass inspection — that shapes how CrewConnect operates day to day. No shortcuts, no excuses, no half-finished jobs.

Max brought the operational side. Together they saw the same gap in the South Wales market: too many cleaning companies hiding behind brand names with nobody taking personal responsibility when things go wrong. So they built one where the founders answer the phone, visit the sites, and stand behind the work.

What started from a base in Penllergaer has grown through word of mouth into a business with regular contracts across South Wales — without a single paid advert. Fifteen five-star Google reviews. Clients across Swansea, Cardiff, Newport, and beyond. All built on doing the job properly and picking up the phone when it rings.

Along the way, Jess and Nikki have played a key role in shaping CrewConnect into what it is today. Their guidance and support behind the scenes has been invaluable as the business has grown.
